There is no better place to discover inner bliss than through the speaking events, yoga and silent disco only found at the Wanderlust Festival. The annual Wanderlust Festival at Lake Tahoe begins this year with a Mindful Triathlon. This combines a 5K event that allows you to walk, skip or run, followed by 75 minutes of yoga powered by a DJ. Complete this event by joining others for a 25 minute meditation. Many authors and gurus will be sharing their wisdom about maintaining your sense of bliss in a changing world. August 21st to August 25th Lake Tahoe Music Festival

Enjoy Orchestral music outside in the majestic settings of Lake Tahoe. The Lake Tahoe Music Festival “Sunset Serenades” concert series showcases beautiful music in various beach, mountain and meadow locations. Join the Lake Tahoe Academy Orchestra, a 26-member ensemble of some of the country’s best young musicians, for one of the five performances in North Lake Tahoe and Truckee.  Bring your lawn chair, blanket and picnic basket and enjoy an evening of music in nature.

The Lake Tahoe Music Festival’s 26-Piece Academy Orchestra is comprised of elite young musicians from across the United States under the direction of Maestro Timm Rolek. Each year brings a new ensemble with different guest artists working together to create three unique programs.
